RVG Chatting Assistant (the "app") is provided by Rosa Verde Group ("Rosa Verde," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at andrew@rosaverde.mx.

Information we collect

• Account: your email address, which you use to sign in.
• Approximate location: when you sign in, we estimate your country, region, city, and approximate coordinates from your IP address. We do not track your precise GPS location.
• Device and usage: operating system, app version, language, sign-in times, and periodic signals that the app is open, so we can understand how actively the tool is used.
• Profile answers: the role and short questionnaire answers you provide when you first set up the app.
• Your content: the chat scripts and text faces you create, which we store so they sync across your devices.
• In-app offers: whether you view, click, or dismiss Rosa Verde promotions shown in the app.

What we do not collect

We do not record the messages you type into other applications, your conversations, or your OnlyFans, Fansly, or other platform accounts. The typing feature runs entirely on your own device. We never receive the text you send to anyone.

How we use your information

• To provide the app and sync your content across your devices.
• To understand how the app is used and to improve it.
• To contact you about Rosa Verde products and services that may interest you. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Marketing emails

We may email you about Rosa Verde. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can delete your account at any time to stop hearing from us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the app, and only so they can perform their service for us:

• Postmark (email delivery), to send your sign-in codes and any messages you agree to receive.
• ipwho.is (IP geolocation), to estimate your approximate location at sign-in.
• DigitalOcean (hosting), which stores the app's data on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account from the app's Settings screen, which removes your synced content and marks your account for deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information, and opt out of marketing. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data. To exercise any of these, delete your account in the app or email andrew@rosaverde.mx.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

We operate the app from, and store data in, the United States and may process it in other countries. By using the app you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

Age

The app is intended for adults (18 and older) using it for professional purposes. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Not affiliated with the platforms you use

Rosa Verde and RVG Chatting Assistant are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fansly, or any other platform.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page.
