These Terms govern your use of RVG Chatting Assistant (the "app"), provided by Rosa Verde Group ("Rosa Verde," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app helps you organize chat scripts and type them into other applications on your own device. When you choose a script, the app simulates keystrokes to type it, at a pace you set, into the window you were using. This happens locally on your device.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules and terms of any platform you use it with (for example, OnlyFans or Fansly). You are responsible for following those platforms' policies.
You own the scripts and other content you create in the app. You grant us permission to store and sync that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the content you create and for how you use it.

The app types on your behalf by simulating keystrokes into applications you choose on your device. You are solely responsible for how you use this feature and for ensuring your use complies with the rules of any service you type into. Some platforms restrict automated or assisted messaging; it is your responsibility to understand and follow their rules.
Rosa Verde and RVG Chatting Assistant are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fansly, or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
By creating an account you agree that we may send you service messages (such as sign-in codes) and, unless you opt out, occasional messages about Rosa Verde. See our Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result, including any level of earnings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosa Verde will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it, which for a free app is zero.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that could harm others or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Rosa Verde operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
